All IKA products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that prevent proper use of the product.
Warranty Conditions:
- The warranty will be valid as long as the product does not show signs of misuse, falling or improper handling.
- It has not been repaired by third parties or modified.
- Must be sent with original packaging, manuals and accessories.
- The invoice must accompany the product.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Natural wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper use.
- Products without invoice.
